My StudentsCare Story
This year, I began volunteering with StudentsCare in collaboration with the World Pediatric Project to be a hospital buddy for children in long-term care in St. Louis. I am honored to contribute to the cause of reminding these brave patients that they are kids first. StudentsCare is an important and meaningful part of my college life. The families that leave home to come to America for medical care in this program inspire me every day.
So many children and families are forced to spend holidays in a hospital setting. I want to give back to StudentsCare this holiday season so they can continue to grow and impact hospitalized children, families, and college students across the country. Donating to StudentsCare would be the most meaningful gift you could give this holiday season. Help volunteers like me extend compassion to the families in the program!
